"Absolutely Outstanding"
I've booked my apartment and ski pass in Puy St Vincent through Mount Vacation around seven times now. Each experience has been smooth sailing, offering great value and top-notch service. "Host Canceled My Reservation"
I found the booking process to be straightforward and the site quite easy to navigate. But I gotta say, I was really let down by how our reservation got canceled out of the blue, with no explanation. It wasn't until I reached out to Mount Vacation on 3/1/23 that I learned the host had pulled the plug on our booking.

"Simple Booking Process"
Booking is a breeze, and the prices are fantastic. This marks our fourth time using Mountvacation, and we've learned to pay close attention to the detailed descriptions of the places (like the number and kind of beds, balcony, how far it is from the village, etc.), instead of relying solely on the pictures, which can be a bit standard. Still, we've had an awesome holiday experience with them every time!

"A Tranquil Spot with Some Letdowns"
This location is nestled in a serene and lovely environment, and the thermal baths are quite nice. However, the service from the staff left a lot to be desired; they weren't very welcoming or accommodating, and their language skills were lacking. The food quality was also subpar; the buffet that was included didn’t even offer tap water. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms didn’t meet what you’d expect from a four-star place. All in all, it was an acceptable visit, but it certainly didn’t live up to four-star standards.

"Avoid booking with this company..."
I really can't recommend MountVacation for your bookings. Their customer support is just terrible. We secured an apartment and got a reservation number, but then we were informed shortly after that our booking was cancelled because the apartment was no longer up for grabs. Why was it listed as available on their site in the first place? I attempted to call their contact number, but it’s out of service. When I brought this up in an email, instead of fixing the issue, they just told me to send it through email or use their chat option. Honestly, I’m feeling pretty skeptical about this company now.
